About
Andy joined the Office of Budget and Financial Analysis in November 2025 as Associate Director, Process Innovation. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University in England.
Prior to joining UIC, Andy worked in a number of Fortune 500 companies, in both the US and UK, including IBM, Sky Television, Discover, Workday, and New York University.
In his spare time, he writes for a football magazine in England, bakes bread and enjoys spending quality time with his son and twin daughters.
