Jim Burke became a member of the Office of Budget and Financial Analysis in February 2023 as a Senior Coordinator for the Budget Model, Tuition, and Data Analytics team. Prior to joining the UIC community, he held budget and financial analysis roles at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Chicago. Aside from his professional focus on inquiry through quantitative methods and passion for furthering the mission of higher education, Jim is an avid biker, hiker, and transit enthusiast who enjoys exploring new corners of the world whenever possible
