About
Lubing joined the Office of Budget and Financial Analysis (BFA) team in 2017. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has a master’s degree in Accounting (MSA). She is a member of the Accounting and Financial Reporting team, and focuses on budgetary accounting, budget planning, financial analysis and financial reporting. She enjoys partner with internal stakeholders to develop financial reporting and analysis tools. She is also passionate in problem solving and manage process improvement projects. Outside the office, Lubing enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also likes teaching, practicing Yoga and playing video games to relax.
